INDIAN FLOORBALL FEDERATION

History of InFF
Indian Floorball Federation (InFF) was founded on 3rd of May, 2012 for the purpose of expanding and developing the sport of Floorball across the Indian subcontinent. It was founded by 13 founder members and 6 founder associations with a strong will to take the game game to new heights. InFF took the reigns of Floorball and replaced Floorball Federation of India (FFI) as the later one has taken the game to a standstill and was not even depositing the affiliation fees of International Floorball Federation (IFF). IFF granted InFF affiliation on 7th of July, 2012 thus authorising InFF as the final authority to run and look after each and every Floorball activity in India. InFF started the work with great zeal and started expanding the game into the southern part of India. Development seminars were conducted for coaches, referees and players. Even International seminars were conducted and International observers came to explain the nuances of the game to the budding young players of Floorball. On 2012 all the founder members decided to bring in Dr. Prabhat Kumar (IAS) with an idea of robust development of the game. But this move slowly started to backfire because after some initial success of developing the games in the southern, western and central part of India, Dr. Prabhat Kumar started taking dictatorial decisions within InFF. He started nominating his friends inside the governing body of InFF, soon situation started to worsen. So, in 2018 after much founders were sidelined from the federation
